Shipping policy

Due to Covid-19 safety precautions please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed. You will receive a confirmation when your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Free Standard Shipping orders are processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on the weekends, holidays will be processed the next business day.

Continental US orders should be received within 5-7 business days. Please allow 24 hours after your order has shipped to track your package online with USPS. 

Simple Chic Company currently ship with USPS & UPS. Expect extended shipping time and lags with tracking due to Covid-19.

Simple Chic Company is  not responsible if your order has been lost, damaged or stolen due to USPS/UPS error. Simple Chic Company does not issue refunds or replacements.

Simple Chic Company does not refund shipping cost once your order has shipped.
